Crunchy Almond cookies (Ayurvedic)

2,5 cups of almond flour (peeled ground almonds)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 jar brown sugar
1/3 jar malt extract
1/3 jar sunflower oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp tvak- cinnamon

* ela-cardamom, garam masala or 1/2 tsp ginger can also be used.

In separate bowls mix dry and wet ingredients. Mix everything together; make round biscuits with approx. 1 cm thickness. Bake in 180 * 10 min.
