Banana snack rolled in homemade dough (Ayurvedic)
This dish is perfect for breakfast as it takes just few minutes to make this warm delicious snack.
Homemade dough:
600 gr flour
200 unsalted butter (not ghee)
2 tsp baking powder
200 gr brown sugar
300 gr sour cream
Roll the dough, place banana in the middle and pour on some cinnamon, cardamon, and brown sugar. Bake in 190 * for about 20 min
