Raisin & walnut pie (Veg.)

For dough: makes about 1 kg (so you can now use just 1/2 of it and the other half place in the fridge for few days to make another baked goods using the same dough)

600 gr flour
3 tbsp brown sugar + (for sprinkling the dough)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
150 g butter + (for brushing the dough with it)
250 gr sour cream + (200 gr for cream mixture)
cinnamon

Chapati bread (Ayurvedic)

This is great alternative for bread which is also much more healthier for digestive system. 

2 cups whole grain wheat flour
1 tsp. ghee
1/2 tsp salt (Himalaya or some say black salt which actually looks pink :) )
1 cup water (this may vary die to thickness of the dough)

Mix everything and leave for about 10/15 minutes.
Roll separate balls and bake on a dry pan. Remember that it is very important to use good quality one.
Bake in about 1/2 min from each side until ready.

Sticky flapjacks (Veg.)

These tasty snacks are combination of oats, raisins, nuts, ghee, honey, brown sugar and spices like cardamon, cinnamon ans nutmeg. 

On large pan heat all spices, ghee and sugar, when melted, add oats and heat for  few minutes while everything is mixed well. Place all this in pan and leave for few hours so it gets harder and easy to cut.

Ice cream- cream which can be used in various ways (Ayurvedic)

500 ml sweet cream
2 tbsp. rice flour
125-150 gr cane sugar (if made with berries, add some more sugar)
1 tbsp ela (cardamon)
3 tbsp. rose water
100 ml milk
Here you can add some nuts and berries, for example 3 tbsp pistachio nuts or different berries.

Process:
mix rice flour with milk. In bowler mix sweet cream and sugar about 10 min to get more creamy. Add rice and flour, mix well. Boil for about 3-5 min (be careful as it will behave like volcano) :). Turn off the heat and let is stay cool.
If you would like to use it as an ice cream, put in small pots and place in the freezer, (don't forget to mix it within each 20 min 3 times).
Before serving let is stay in room t* for about 30 min.
