Chapati bread (Ayurvedic)
This is great alternative for bread which is also much more healthier for digestive system.
2 cups whole grain wheat flour
1 tsp. ghee
1/2 tsp salt (Himalaya or some say black salt which actually looks pink :) )
1 cup water (this may vary die to thickness of the dough)
Mix everything and leave for about 10/15 minutes.
Roll separate balls and bake on a dry pan. Remember that it is very important to use good quality one.
Bake in about 1/2 min from each side until ready.
