Ice cream- cream which can be used in various ways (Ayurvedic)
500 ml sweet cream
2 tbsp. rice flour
125-150 gr cane sugar (if made with berries, add some more sugar)
1 tbsp ela (cardamon)
3 tbsp. rose water
100 ml milk
Here you can add some nuts and berries, for example 3 tbsp pistachio nuts or different berries.
mix rice flour with milk. In bowler mix sweet cream and sugar about 10 min to get more creamy. Add rice and flour, mix well. Boil for about 3-5 min (be careful as it will behave like volcano) :). Turn off the heat and let is stay cool.
If you would like to use it as an ice cream, put in small pots and place in the freezer, (don't forget to mix it within each 20 min 3 times).
Before serving let is stay in room t* for about 30 min.
