Time for THE cake! (Veg.)

This is perfect cake for chocolate lovers and those who just love cakes. :D
It contains 2 layers, but of course it can be made with even more, depending on wanted size. 
So...for the dough:
200 gr Flour
150 gr brown sugar
100 gr Butter
50 gr carob powder
50 ml hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
150 ml milk
1,5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. tvak- cinnamon
pinch of vanilla 

Mix carob powder with hot water, take another cup with milk, then add lemon juice. Then mix butter with sugar. Mix flour with baking powder

For the cream: (this would be spread inside the cake between the layers)

1 silken tofu package
200 gr dark chocolate

Blend silken tofu and add melted chocolate, put in cups and leave for at least 30 min in fridge so the cream could be a but harder. 

*When cake is ready you can spread it's top with the same tofu-chocolate cream and pour with fresh berries.
