Baked biscuit layers with cottage cheese cream sprinkled with pictachio nuts (Ayurvedic)

Baked biscuit layers with cottage cheese cream sprinkled with pistachio nuts (Ayurvedic)

100 ml sunflower oil
150 gr brown sugar
200 ml yogurt
300 gr flour
3 tsp. baking powder
200 ml milk
1/2 tsp. haridra (kurkuma)
1/2 tsp. tvak (cinnamon)
pinch of vanilla

Mix oil with yogurt, sugar and vanilla. In another bowl sift flour with baking powder, tvak and haridra, mix everything together. 
Bake in 190* for about 20-25 minutes. Let biscuit to coll before making the layers. 
Cut in pieces and shape you need. 

 Cream: 
There are many versions you can choose from which to use:

Raspberry cream

200 gr cottage cheese
100 ml cream
50 gr brown sugar
50 gr raspberry or any other berries of your choice
1/2 tsp tvak
1/2 tsp ela- cardamom
*almond or coconut crumbs may be added

Mix cottage cheese with cream and sugar, whip everything together. add spices and berries (and nuts).
