Potato Kitchari (Ayurvedic)

As rice is the most favourite grain for many vegetarians, so  this might be some new recipe for meal variations.

Heat large pan with ghee, then add spices (haridra, black mustard seeds, garam masala or churna Nr 2 or other favourite spices.
Add rinsed rice and diced potatoes, mix them with spices and add 2/3 water to boil. Add pinch of salt.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
