This recipe can be used in various ways, as this treat can be enjoyed as an ice cream or just a cream for any kind of use.
300 ml double cream (min 25%)
100 gr rice flour- (mixed with cold water)
300 gr cane sugar
1 tsp tvak (cinnamon)
1 tsp ela (cardamom)
In a small kettle bring double cream and sugar to boil, then add rice flour (mixed with cold water). Cook until it gets creamy, then if needed you can add some blueberries for the color (this is the funny part as the berries make cream color green).
