CHOCOLATE MUFFINS WITH CARAMEL SAUCE (Veg.)

Today's sunshine inspired me to make these breakfast treats... Mmmm...

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar (brown sugar can be used as well)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cardamom
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda

Mix all dry ingredients (flour, soda, sugar, cocoa powder, cardamom & cinnamon in large bowl, add all another ingredients, mix well. 

Take muffin forms, pour mixture in each and bake for about 20 minutes in 200*. 
When ready, sprinkle some caramel sauce on top.
