Chapati (Ayurvedic)

This is great alternative for bread which is also much more heathier for digestive sistem and

2 cups whole grain wheat flour
1 tsp. ghe
1/2 tsp salt (Himalaya or some say black salt which actually looks pink :) )
1 cup water (this may vary die to thicknes of the dough)

Mix everything and leave for about 10/15 minutes.
Roll separate balls and bake on a dry pan. Remember that it is very important to use good quality one.
Bake in about 1/2 min from each side until ready.

Leek and goat cheese muffins (Vegetarian)

These muffins are great for take-away for busy ones as well as for the ones who enjoy their meals in more peaceful atmosphere, as these muffins can be enjoyed with salads, soups or whatever are the needs and wishes.
You will need:
1 leek (cooked in melted butter)
100 gr butter
500 gr flour (may be mixed with rye flour
2 tsp. baking powder
350 ml kefir
200 gr goat cheese
pinch of salt
1 tsp haridra
some chopped greens
Before making the dough, cook leek in kettle with little bit of butter. Mix flour with spices. Melt butter and add all other ingredients.
Mix well and pour in separate muffin papers. Cook in 200* for about 25-30 minutes.  

Lavash with fresh salad (Vegetarian)

This is perfect for hot summer day lik ein these days in summer.
You will need these ingredients:

1 sheet of lavash (eggless)
grated cucumber, radish, salad leaves, and other salads of your choice.
pinch of salt and garam masala
Mix everything together and roll in lavash.
Leave for 30 min and serve up to your needs.
