Cottage cheese pancakes (Ayurvedic)

These cottage cheese pancakes are perfect for breakfast, especially for days like this rainy Saturday. 

To make them you will need
Aprox. 200 gr cottage cheese
Flour- up to the need
about 50 gr brown sugar
1/2 tsp haridra/kurkuma
manna (pour on the plate) and roll the dough and place with heated coconut oil or ghe. 
Cook from both sides for few minutes. 
Enjoy while warm.

For chocolate sauce:
1 tsp cerob powder 
2 tsp brown sugar 
4 tsp sour cream


Sunday's pancakes (Ayurvedic)

Mmm, such a lovely Sunday morning.. and what could be more delicious than homemade pancakes with berries from the countryside forest and garden :)

200 gr wheat flour
250 ml kefir
4 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 apples shredded
4 tbsp. raisins
1/2 tsp. haridra
1/2 tsp. tvak- cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
+ here 1/2 tsp. garam masala or nutmeg can be added

Mix all ingredients and leave for about 10 min, then cook on preheated pan in ghe, coconut oil or this time I tried in rape-oil, therefore pancaked are a bit dark. 
Cook each side till ready. 





 Sticky flapjacks (Vegetarian)

These tasty snacks are combination of oats, raisins, nuts, ghe, honey, brown sugar and spices like cardamon, cinnamon ans nutmeg. 

On large pan heat all spices, ghe and sugar, when melted, add oats and heat for  few minutes while everything is mixed well. Place all this in pan and leave for few hours so it gets harder and easy to cut.
